Stop The Steal

In July of 2023 Maddock was charged in connection to a plot to use fake electors to overturn Joe Biden’s electoral victory in Michigan in favor of Donald Trump, after the formers lose in the 2020 election.
Days after the 2020 election, supporters of Donald Trump hold a ‘Stop The Steal’ rally contesting the election results on November 6, 2020, outside of the TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan. The rally drew out many of Trump’s more radical supporters, including believers of the OANON conspiracy movement, militia members and people who later would take part in the January 6 insurrection at the US Capitol building.
